The mix composed of different solutions, which are Propylene Glycol (PG), Vegetable Glycerin (VG), Blue-raspberry flavor (VG based) and Nicotine (VG based). The liquid was mixed so as to come up with 15mg nicotine strength with equal parts of PG and VG and 20% flavor as

The mix was placed on the liquid tank of Smok Nord V device (Fig. 1), and was exposed to heated stainless steel 0.6-ohm coil (alloy of iron, chromium, nickel and carbon) for total of 35 seconds (total of 7 cycles of five seconds continuous heating and letting the coil to cool for several seconds) at 20 watt (Fig. 2).
The liquid was then collected in a jar (Fig. 3) and was then transferred to a container with cap. A burnt Kanthal wire9 (alloy of ferritic iron, chromium, and aluminum) was dipped inside the liquid for 24 hours (Fig. 4).

The mix was modified several Ames to achieve the final product with almost zero harmful chemicals and were tested at Zest Laboratories, Kathmandu. Most of the combinations showed less harmful chemicals and heavy metals. But a very harmful chemical, acetaldehyde was found to be in a very high toxic level i.e., 43.198%w/v. Hence, the combinaAon was re-modified and the final product showed 0%w/v of acetaldehyde (Annex II).
